About the Site
Aintaercom was written to comply with the XHTML 1.0 Strict and CSS2 standards. Hence, it should work like it was meant to in most major commercial browsers that support XHTML and CSS, e.g. Firefox, Opera, Safari, Chrome. Internet Explorer users should note that certain CSS render improperly in IE6. I highly recommend upgrading to at least Internet Explorer 7, or using a standards-compliant browser.
The site makes use of Flash for its design and interface. However, the site should be mostly viewable without Flash. Just nowhere as pretty. Flash version 8 or above is required for full awesomeness.
Certain browsers do not support transparent window modes in Flash; this may cause some elements of user interface to occlude the page at times. But this should mostly not be a problem. The site makes as little use of Javascript as possible and only relies on it for prettiness.
One last thing: if you right click on the main page, it will allow you to switch the interface to the old Seven Sins style, or add random effects I wrote up. Have fun.

Qui moi? I'm just a jerk with a copy of Macromedia Studio (now Adobe Creative Suite). Currently 23, graduate of Arts & Sciences in Psychology from Cornell University, and procrastinator extraordinaire. The Internet has claimed me long ago, some say as far back as when Al Gore first invented it.

About the Country
It is a Country of None. To qualify for Aintaertican citizenship, you must not be a citizen of any other country, nor permanently reside in any other country. Aintaertica spans an area of 0 sq. km. Because of theses limitations, there have been no real rulers of Aintaertica. People can only serve as the acting officers of the country, awaiting the coming of her first citizen.
Major exports: contradiction and cynicism.
Major imports: bee knees, souls, and Japan.
The biggest religion in Aintaertica is the Church of the Half-Angstrom, headed by the Acting Officer of Religious Matters Michelle Dixon, who, in her off-time, sells herself out to corporations in Bermuda.
